We have five wet central batching plants in Jeddah area, three plants are located in north Jeddah area, two in south Jeddah industrial area, two plants in Yanbu and two in Riyadh. All our plants are fully computerized and with twin shaft compulsory and free fall drum central mixers including all admixture, chilled water and Ice facilities. Theoretical capacities of all plants are more than one million cu/year.

SBM Co. main laboratory is fully equipped, with ACI certified technicians is providing all test services for concrete and aggregate as well as field service, lab is located on Briman plant. Our workshop is supported by mobile unites in order to solve any emergency cases with our fleet in the field. SBM Co. crushing plant with the capacity of 700000tns/year in using blasted black basalt rock which is crushed by primary jaw lokomo 120 and secondary gyratory lokomo 1814 and finally shaped by Barmac 9000, most of aggregate for our concrete production came from our own crushers.Water chiller and Ice plants are supporting to produce cool concrete in hot weather time. Concrete transportation fleets consist of transit mixers capacity from 9cu to 12cu. For concrete pumping service we have concrete pump trucks with boom reach from 17m to 52m. Cement, water and aggregate transportation is taking care by our trailer combinations.
